Courtney attended the University of South Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University.
Courtney has worked for the Hillsborough County Public School District for a total of nine years starting as a speech pathologist assistant and later transitioning to a speech-language pathologist. During this time, Courtney served children grades PK-5th and has experience in evaluating and treating children with a variety of exceptionalities to include articulation and phonology, fluency, expressive and receptive language, social skills/pragmatics, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disabilities, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and others. She enjoys providing individualized evidence-based therapy and seeing growth in children’s overall development.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys yoga/meditation, spending time with loved ones, and reading educational literature.
