
Taylor Ashley
Taylor is an empathetic therapist with a passion to help children grow
to their greatest potential and increase independence in their everyday
skills through play.
Taylor is excited to be a part of the All About Speech and Language
Team. Taylor is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who completed her
Bachelors in Health Sciences at the University of South Florida, and is
a recent graduate with her Masters of Occupational Therapy from Nova
Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Taylor is an empathetic therapist with a passion to help children grow
to their greatest potential and increase independence in their everyday
skills through play. Taylor obtains strong interpersonal skills,
patience, and the ability to address patient and family needs. She
utilizes a combination of her creativity, clinical reasoning, and the
child’s unique needs and strengths to help her patients to grow and
reach their goals.
Taylor completed her Level II fieldwork in the elementary, preschool,
and pediatric settings in Miami, FL. Taylor has worked with children
aged 18 months-22 years of age in both the outpatient setting and school
system. She has experience working with children with various diagnoses
such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorders,
Attention- Deficit- Hyperactivity Disorder, Down Syndrome.
Taylor has many years of experience working with children as a teacher
assistant, camp counselor and nanny. In her free time, Taylor loves to
be outdoors in the sunshine, travel, read, and spend quality time with
her friends and family.
